Zones that bring the district to life

Each area combines architecture, creativity, and unique experiences to build an unprecedented destination.

The Boulevard of Brands

Guarded by Drakar, a living steel dragon, and Atlas‑7, a next‑generation robotic colossus, this monumental arch marks the entrance to the district.

An architectural and sculptural landmark designed to become one of the project’s visual icons and the starting point of the CHARLYTOWN experience.

Cultural & Technological District

A parking facility of more than 45,000 m² distributed across three levels, offering over 1,000 spaces, 40 electric‑vehicle chargers, a coach area, and optimized access routes. It will be completely free, ensuring comfort and smooth circulation from the very first moment.

An urban promenade of more than 20,000 m² that brings together concept stores, merchandising spaces, fashion, and gastronomy, featuring prestigious brands and unique offerings in Spain. A setting designed to surprise, drive foot traffic, and become a commercial landmark within the district.

The CHARLYTOWN Museum is a unique space of more than 23,000 m² dedicated to pop culture, cinema, fantasy, science fiction, and collecting. With more than 25 themed zones, thousands of iconic pieces, and large‑scale staging, the museum is designed to surprise, move, and become one of the most impactful cultural destinations in Europe and the world.

The museum’s themed store spans more than 400 m² and offers over 2,000 items to choose from: T‑shirts, caps, jackets, mugs, collectibles, limited editions, and exclusive products created in our own workshop.

The Workshop, a space of more than 5,000 m² dedicated to the creation of exclusive pieces: 3D printing, animatronics, sculpture, painting, carpentry, and all kinds of artisanal and technological processes. This is where busts, life‑size figures, decorative elements, and the museum’s own merchandise are produced, combining traditional techniques with cutting‑edge innovation.

CHARLY’S is our American‑style restaurant, located inside the Immersive Museum. A themed space with classic diner aesthetics serving burgers, ribs, milkshakes, classic starters, and iconic desserts. A vibrant, energetic place, perfect for enjoying a meal surrounded by pop culture and cinematic atmosphere.

The CHARLYTOWN Robot Station combines innovation, engineering, and creativity in more than 500 m² dedicated to the development, maintenance, and fabrication of key elements of the complex. It operates as a laboratory where our robots are repaired, upgraded, and developed.

The CHARLYTOWN Theater is a venue of more than 4,400 m² designed to host original musical productions, high‑profile interviews, exclusive premieres, and special screening events. With over 1,000 seats and VIP boxes, the theater combines technology, comfort, and top‑tier acoustics to deliver unique stage experiences within the complex.

Entertainment Plaza

The Entertainment Plaza is the complex’s main gathering point: a 30,000 m² space designed to bring people together, excite, and amaze.

Here, shows, leisure, gastronomy, and events converge in a vibrant environment that serves as the social and experiential heart of CHARLYTOWN.

The CHARLYTOWN Leisure Zone is a space of more than 6,000 m² dedicated to interactive experiences, advanced technology, and next‑generation entertainment. An area with seven specialized zones, each with its own style, atmosphere, and concept, designed to offer unique adventures that combine adrenaline, immersion, and fun for all ages.

A versatile 4,000 m² building designed to host meet‑and‑greets, contests, workshops, fairs, corporate events, and all kinds of private functions.

Its modular design and its location next to the Entertainment Plaza allow it to adapt to multiple formats, ensuring visibility, foot traffic, and a professional experience for both organizers and visitors.

Market District

The Market District is the most active area during the day: a 50,000 m² space where gastronomy, shopping, and atmosphere come together in a vibrant setting.

Its mix of offerings and open‑air design generate a constant flow of visitors, making it one of the most dynamic and busiest points in the entire complex.

Located at the heart of the complex, A BORDO is a real commercial airplane transformed into a tapas and cocktail bar. An immersive experience where every detail —from the fuselage to the service— invites you to “fly” without taking off. A surprising, social space, ideal for enjoying casual cuisine, a vibrant atmosphere, and memorable moments, both inside the aircraft and on its terraces beneath the wings.

Next to the Great Dining Hall is the food‑truck area, an open‑air space offering a variety of options: international cuisine, snacks, sweets, specialty drinks, and themed concepts that will rotate throughout the year. A relaxed atmosphere, perfect for eating, strolling, and enjoying the surroundings.

Located near the Great Dining Hall, El Chiringuito is our most dynamic venue: every week it will offer themed events, special menus, live performances, gastronomic challenges, and activities connected to the complex’s entertainment program. A casual, fun, and ever‑changing space, ideal for those looking for something different on every visit.

The Great Dining Hall is a space of more than 1,800 m², with 800 m² featuring movable panels that allow the area to open up and transform into a semi‑outdoor space. With capacity for over 1,000 people, it is the gastronomic heart of the complex: spacious, comfortable, bright, and designed to host everything from family meals to special events with immersive LED‑wall panels.

The CHARLYTOWN Marketplace is a space of more than 15,000 m² dedicated to retail, gastronomy, and high‑end commercial experiences. A vibrant district where fashion, technology, pop culture, lifestyle, and dining coexist, designed to attract national and international brands seeking a unique, dynamic environment with a constant flow of visitors.

In the Marketplace you’ll find this small low‑cost Chinese noodle spot, designed for those who want to eat quickly, well, and affordably. Hot dishes prepared on the spot, intense flavors, and an accessible concept that complements the district’s overall gastronomic offer.

Also located in the Marketplace is this unique themed vending‑machine venue, where visitors can purchase both fresh and prepared products from our own gastronomic line. An innovative concept that blends technology, design, and unique flavors created in our in‑house kitchen.

Adventure Park

Adventure Park is the area with the greatest growth potential in the entire complex: a 50,000 m² space conceived to evolve year after year and adapt to new trends, seasons, and themed content. Its open and flexible design allows for the incorporation of temporary experiences, special events, and future expansions without altering the district’s natural flow.

The initial core of the area is made up of nine 1,000 m² soundstages, versatile buildings designed to host themed events, private parties, immersive weddings, special productions and, above all, Halloween content—one of the project’s major highlights. Their modular structure allows them to be completely transformed according to the theme, offering unique, high‑impact experiences.

Technical Zone & Backstage

The Technical & Backstage Area is where everything that enables the complex to operate is managed, produced, and coordinated.

Covering 15,000 m² and strategically located behind the Museum and the Market District, it has direct access to the parking area and the perimeter road, ensuring smooth logistics, security, and efficiency in every operation.

The operational center includes:

  • The security control room, responsible for the comprehensive supervision of the entire complex.

  • The maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping room, which manages repairs, technical support, and daily operations such as cleaning.

  • The visitor information point, which connects the operational side with the public experience.

The CHARLYTOWN Kitchen Lab is a gastronomic workshop of more than 1,000 m² dedicated to the creation, production, and development of the complex’s exclusive food and beverage offerings.

Here we craft our own product lines: from reimagined traditional recipes to innovative concepts designed to surprise visitors and to be sold online.

The brain of the project: a space where operations, administration, marketing, content programming, and general management are coordinated.

From here, strategic decisions are made and the district’s growth is overseen.

More than 1,000 m² dedicated to audiovisual production, featuring three professional soundstages, dressing rooms, technical areas, and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

A space where we will film celebrity interviews, record recipes and gastronomic challenges, produce exclusive content, and shoot studio‑quality videos.

Resort Hotels

The Resort & Hotels Area brings together the complex’s accommodation offer within a 15,000 m² space designed to grow in phases and become a destination in itself.

In its first stage, it will feature a themed hotel with 250 rooms, created to deliver an immersive experience aligned with the district’s identity.

In future expansions, two additional hotels will be added, forming a hotel complex capable of hosting thousands of visitors and strengthening the project’s activity throughout the year.

A space where knowledge, creativity, and technology come together.

The Cultural & Technological District is the content core of the project: an environment of more than 60,000 m² designed for learning, discovery, experimentation, and connection. Strategically located next to the Boulevard of Brands, it ensures a natural flow of visitors and becomes the point where curiosity transforms into experience.
